When we listed our house to sell, the agent sent a standard photographer to take pictures to post. He was in and out in 20 minutes. Roy, from Full Sweep, was on time, accommodated our schedule and did a thorough job, paying attention to detail such as lighting, reflections in mirrors, etc. He took a little over 90 minutes, just as he told us he would. I thought the pictures, video, and 3-D tour were amazing and really did the job. In fact, the people who bought our house said that it was those pictures that brought them out to Tooele. Roy has my highest recommendation.

I contacted Roy to do a video for me of butterflies for my website in honor of my deceased daughter. He did a fabulous job. He was sensitive to my emotions and handled the whole job with efficiency as well as dignity. The job was done in a timely manner and fairly priced. He encouraged me to reach out to him should I need help in loading it to my website. I have gotten many compliments about my video. Another thing I really appreciate is in regard to the music he chose to accompany the video. He has excellent taste and an innate ability to make the ideal selection. I would not hesitate to reach out to Roy for other photo jobs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My 3D Virtual Tour pricing is based upon the size of the property along with whatever add ons (aerial pics, video, music overlay, advanced editing, type of camera --- 360 point-and-shoot vs DSLR)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple phone call to discuss the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an mechanical engineering background but have been doing photography for over 20 years. 360° photography requires an engineering type of approach coupled with patience and an eye for detail.
