Our experience wth Bumble Bee Plumbing was great. Zach & Virgil showed up on time and got to work. They were able to strip out all of the remaining old galvanized pipe in our 100 year old house and replace it with PEX. They roughed in our entire bathroom and brought it up to code. Excellent work at a fair price. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! 5 stars.

If you have an old home Bumblebee Plumbing is who you want to hire to do your plumbing repair. When repairing a shower faucet tried to become a nightmare Virgil created a plan & knew how to stop it from getting out of control. I decided I wanted a new oil-rubbed bronze shower head & both Zach & Virgil made calls until they found one. The best feeling to have is knowing your plumbing job was well done!

Zach came out same day and did a great job with the install. He was friendly and made sure our new garbagedisposal did not leak. The price he quoted me was more than Any Hour, but we were able to work something out that I was more comfortable with. I really appreciate the responsiveness and am happy with the work.

I was extremely satisfied with Zane's work in replacing both valves that were leaking in our bathroom. We immediately requested assistance thru Thumbtack. I had just completed uploading pictures of the damage when Natalie contacted me and managed to schedule someone to respond within hours. Zane arrived promptly, the work was professionally done and tested to ensure everything was in order before he left. I would definitely recommend Bumble Bee to anyone with plumbing issues. Thanks to both Zane and Natalie for making this a stressless experience.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based off of fair market value, and we package our options in a flat rate, upfront pricing structure so labor and material are included in one price, this price won’t change unless agreed upon by the customer, our customers love this because, they know exactly what it will cost them, before the work begins. No guessing and worrying!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to introduce ourselves and get to know the customer a bit before starting, it’s always good to break the ice and get to a point where both parties feel relaxed in the moment with each other, then we prefer to have the customer tell us a bit about what is going on for them, in their own words. We explore the issues together, we will educate the customer on how we would go about fixing the issues and give the customer the best options possible to remedying the issues. Once the options and price are agreed upon by the customer and technician, the work can begin.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trench safety, gas tight installation, tankless water heater installation training, customer service training, licensed plumber, OSHA training.
