Cole and Teasha were amazing. Straight forward with what they were doing and even pointed out an issue with the previous installer on the furnace tubing. Cole was great showing me how to drain the water heater so I can do it on my own. I would definitely recommend using Copper Peaks again for any plumbing or furnace issues.

I had a plumber come out to replace my toilet on Thursday, August 31st. The plumber, Cole, arrived on time and was very professional. He explained the quote to me and we moved forward with the installation Cole worked quickly and efficiently. He was clean and tidy, and he made sure to clean up after himself when he was finished. He installed a toilet we had purchased from Lowes. The toilet had a broken gasket, he offered to get the part for us. Which is stellar customer service. We got the gasket ourselves but for him to offer was very nice. The toilet was replaced quickly and seemed to work perfectly. The next day we discovered an issue with the toilet. Cole came back and told us another part of the toilet was defective. So while the actual toilet had issues, we have no complaints about the service. We would highly recommend Copper Peaks Plumbing and Cole to anyone needing plumbing services.

Jeremy is fab to work with! He was so patient and took the time to explain things to me as well as provide me pointers with regard to copper/brass/galvanized steel pipes. Copper Peaks is a must hire! At a minimum, you will definitely have peace of mind, not to mention high quality work product!!
