- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently having an issue with credit card scanner. It will be up and running soon. Only accepting cash and checks at this time. We give a discount for paying in cash. We also give a discount to senior citizens. We will always treat you fair .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step one: Gather all information to address issues and a meet and greet with free estimate. Step Two; Asses the problem. Step Three: See if we can repair the issue right then and there or make a different appointment for the repair. Step Four: Payment and an E-mailed recite.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked for a couple different companies. Utah State parks and services. Washington county State Park and Services. Trained and studied at Executive Sprinklers. Also a Handyman. Maintenance and repair cars, roofs. Drywall, painting, framing. Installing and Removing of the interior of a home. I mostly do sprinkler Repairs. I also Have my handyman exemption. And insured.
