FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is based on project scope, size of business, and level of distribution. If you are a non-profit, returning client, or flexible, there are discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step One: Let's talk! I like to speak or email with a client about what their goals for the project and their business are. Step Two: We like each other! Step Three: You'll answer some questions about the scope of the project so I can give you a comprehensive quote and overview of the job and timeline. Step Four: I make something you love! Step Five: We work together on many more projects because we had so much fun
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Studio Art as well as a minor in Technology, Arts, and Media from University of Colorado. After college, I launched my freelance business and have been actively dedicated to it for 10 years. I've worked with startups, international conglomerates, and everything in between. I am constantly evolving with the programs related to this industry, including but not limited to: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, and Powerpoint. I spend ample time in my week learning new techniques and styles through Skillshare and other online tutorials.
