We had a miscommunication on the time but they arrived and got to work quickly. Everything looks great! I would hire them again. Grateful for the help and that everything was taken care of.

Hanes did a fabulous job getting hard water off our windows that was caked up from the sprinklers. Our windows look better than they have in a very long time!

Hanes Window Wizards were excellent. In an effort to get the hard water stains off some of the Windows they had to be cleaned several times with a special product. I will defined hire them again.

It was a very hot day and late in the afternoon when they came. In-spite of the heat they did a very good job and got all the windows clean. Thanks Wizards I'll see you again soon.

Very impressed! Fair price and Ian was onsite 15 hours after quoting a price. In the request, I said we have 50-100 windows, but apparently we have 248 windows! Ian not only honored his quote price, but he was very friendly and gave us a deal for a monthly service. Thanks Ian!!!
