Nick has been so great to work with. He handles all of the finances for my property management company, including paying our contractors and cleaners on time and collecting and categorizing the income from all of the properties we manage. Every month, Nick prepares owner statements for each of our property owners and calculates how much to pay them and how much my company keeps in commission. He set us up with a banking system that lets me see all of the money in each of my accounts on a simple dashboard which makes understanding things really easy.

Bookkeeping services start at $200/month for small businesses with $100,000 or less in annual revenue and $400/month for small businesses with $500,000 or less in annual revenue.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When starting with new customers, we will work closely to get the company set up or transitioned to QuickBooks Online. This usually requires weekly phone calls with the client for the first few months and then bi-weekly or monthly meetings after that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA from the University of Rhode Island and am an Advanced Certified ProAdvisor in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Payroll.
