We are so happy that we chose FRDM Turf for the project (artificialturfinstallation). Max was very communicative and explained everything in detail for us. I got to understand the rationale of every step they made. They were also super flexible. Due to some factors out of our control, we had to update the installation plan after the project began. Max completely understood our situation, adapted to the change, and completed the project that satisfied all parties involved. His crew were also professional and efficient. Highly recommended!

After looking and looking and looking on google and other websites for a rated pro, I stumbled upon Frdm Turf. They responded quickly to my requests, made a site visit, and provided a quote that I thought was fair (not like the majority of the competitors). We set the date, they arrived as promised and did a quality installation, and were more than happy to work with us on a couple of changes we made while under construction. My only complaint was that I was promised a beer to celebrate the completion of the project, and got a hard seltzer instead. :-)

Freedom Turf owners and employees were exceptionally detail-oriented, professional, efficient, fast, friendly and kind. I was educated completely as to every stage of the process, and they did exactly what they said they would do, with no corners cut anywhere! They hardly made any mess during the entire turfinstallation and cleaned up every spoonful of dirt and scrap of grass when they were finished! The price remained the same as the bid with no surprises! The follow up care has been responsive and I was assured of continued availability if further questions arise in the future. I have a high regard for these owners and their employees due to their honesty, work ethic and integrity! I would strongly recommend Freedom Turf for anyone contemplating installingartificialturf. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the project, there’s no straightforward way to estimate a job. We do our best to keep prices competitive but installing turf is a lot of work and something well worth paying a little extra for high quality installers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We show up to the house for a free consultation and educational walk through to make sure the customer understands what goes into a good install. After that we will give you an estimate and if you’d like to move forward we ask for 50% down payment and the remaining 50% after the install is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re currently the only other installer in Utah that can install SYNLawn products. All of our guys been extensively trained by SYNLawn to meet their extremely strict installation requirements.
