We are thrilled! We used a different company in our upstairs floor and it was a big mistake. They cost us more then the install in repairs and charged us before installing it. All Floors was professional, responsive, the quality was way better than anyone else. We will use them any time we need another install. So so happy.

They had a good selection in stock and were able to install within a week. Also, they were very flexible when we had to reschedule due to not closing on our home in time. The installer was very friendly, professional, and experienced. I will definitely give them a call if/when we decide to re-carpet the basement ;)

All Floors took care of all the carpet and flooring in our home. We had a few issues with installers goofing a few things up, but they were extremely responsive and have been keeping in contact to help work through the items. So one star off for the hassle with all the rework, but still up there with the 4/5 star companies for the great responsiveness and pricing!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Please contact us to set up an estimate by phone or feel free to come into our showroom in sandy, We will have estimates back in 24-48 hours. Depending on product selections we can install most projects within 7-10 days. We require 75 % deposit to order your product, and will require the remaining balance upon completion.
