- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront pricing with multiple options to fit your home, family, and budget. Our diagnosis is 59 and will be credited toward the cost of any repair or replacement. Active or retired military members receive complimentary lifetime clubmemberships. Our preventive maintenance special is 49, and the regular price is $189. Senior citizen discounts are available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for a new customer starts the moment an appointment is booked. We maintain transparent communication with the dispatcher before the visit and provide updates on arrival. We never want customers to wait idly, so we always give a 30-minute notice when the technician is enroute, including a technician bio and a link to track their route. When our technicians arrive, they wear full company uniforms and arrive in a marked vehicle stocked with the tools needed; we carry most common parts in the vehicle. Our technicians will assess the situation, present clear solutions and options, and help the customer move forward confidently. Our service doesn’t end there—we nurture long-term relationships through discounted future services and priority scheduling.
