- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a per square footage price for straight concrete but many times there are other variables to take into consideration when giving a quote on a job, for instance if the area is not accessible for a concrete truck,then it would require a pump to get the concrete to the area. It's easier to quote having all the details and that can be done over the phone or in person. I do prefer to see the job site in person so i can make my customers aware of any foreseen issue if it's not a typical job site.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet my customers at the job site to go over their plans for their project. It gives clear insight into what my customer wants and what I need to do to give them exactly that. I like offer them options and ideas so they have everything they need to make their project everything they hope for it to be.
