- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: The process usually begins when a potential customer reaches out to Lucent Pro Services. This contact can be made through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, or website inquiries. Information Gathering: Once the initial contact is made, Lucent Pro Services will gather essential information about the customer's requirements. This may involve asking questions about the nature of the work needed, the location of the project, timelines, and any specific preferences or constraints. Site Visit and Assessment: In many cases, a site visit is necessary to assess the project accurately. A representative from Lucent Pro Services, typically a Technician or a project manager, will visit the customer's location to evaluate the scope of work, existing systems, and any potential challenges or safety considerations. Proposal Preparation: Based on the information gathered during the assessment, Lucent Pro Services, will prepare a detailed proposal for the customer. The proposal typically includes a description of the work to be done, a breakdown of costs from our Flat Rate Database, project timelines, and any terms and conditions. Proposal Presentation: Lucent Pro Services, will then present the proposal to the customer, either in person or electronically, explaining the proposed solutions, cost breakdowns, and any other relevant details. This is an opportunity to address any questions or concerns the customer may have and to discuss potential modifications to the proposal if needed. Negotiation and Agreement: After presenting the proposal, there may be a negotiation phase where Lucent Pro Services, and the customer can discuss specific aspects of the project, such as pricing, timelines, or additional requirements. Once both parties reach an agreement, a contract or agreement is signed, outlining the terms of the project. Project Execution: With the agreement in place, our team can commence the execution of the work as described. This involves coordinating with the customer to schedule the project, procuring necessary materials, assigning skilled electricians or technicians to the job, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Ongoing Communication: Throughout the project, maintaining open and regular communication with the customer is important. This includes providing progress updates, addressing any concerns or changes that may arise, and keeping the customer informed about the project's status. Project Completion and Handover: Once the described work is completed, Lucent Pro Services, will conduct final inspections to ensure everything meets the required standards and safety regulations. Afterward, you'll formally hand over the completed project to the customer, ensuring they are satisfied with the work and addressing any final details or concerns. Post-Project Support: Our relationship with the customer doesn't end with the completion of the project. Offering post-project support, such as warranties or maintenance services, can help build customer loyalty and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with your services.
