- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always want to be price sensitive to my clients and I'm happy to discuss alternative payment options. Please let me know if you find someone that will charge less and give you the top-notch legal service that I will provide you with. I always provide my cell number to all my clients so that I'm 100% available to answer any and all questions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll begin by having a free consultation where I'll get to know you, what your situation is and what your goals are. Once I understand where you’re at, we can talk about the legal steps we need to take to accomplish your goals and needs. I always provide my personal cell phone number to your so you're able to reach me easily and directly.
