Frank Caffall founded Caffall Tile and his grandson John is carrying on Frank's legacy through John Caffall Tile. John replied to my texts promptly, got me a quote quickly, and had the project done four days after my first text. The tile looks SO good. He didn't add unnecessary costs and steps like replacing baseboards, etc. I'm so impressed with his work quality and speed along with the cost. Thanks, John!
