We got several quotes to do the HVAC install for our basement finish. Not only was Best Air HVAC one of the best quotes value wise, they came in and gave us advice that no one else had to protect our system. We appreciated the professionalism and obvious knowledge that Ben had. Even though it wasn’t the cheapest quote we felt like they were the best choice to get quality work and a great price. Ben and the Best Air HVAC team were great! They were responsive, helpful, well priced and quick with quality work. I needed a new furnace and out-door ac unit and they were able to remove our old system and replace it in a day. One of the things I appreciated most about the team was that when they came out to diagnose the problem they explained what was happening and walked me through the process so I could learn as a home owner. Another thing I appreciated was that their estimate was the price I was charged. Unlike some services they did not try and charge me more because the job was difficult. I am very happy with the service provided and I would highly recommend Best Air HVAC!

I reached out to Best Air for a 2nd opinion on work suggested for my AC. I wish I would have contacted them first. They sent Ben Lansford over and he did a much more thorough inspection, gave an honest assessment on what needed to be done and at a fair and lower price than their competitor. Also took the time to explain and teach me how the systems work too. If you want to find an honest AC company, reach out to Best AC.

I offer a 5% referral or repeat business discount. If a customer chooses to repair an older unit, and it fails within 6 months I will discount the replacement or further repair.

We respond as quickly as possible, most work we prefer to visit the work site or home, get specific details especially if any equipment needs to be replaced or added.
