They were great to work with. Very professional and reliable. The floors turned out even better than expected. They cleaned up and left the house looking so good. I would definitely recommended them and I would absolutely use them again.

We really enjoyed working with Footprints!When we decided to do a tile backsplash in our kitchen, we debated doing it ourself, hiring a handyman, or hiring someone who specialized in tile. We got a lot of quotes with varying prices. We ended up going with Footprints, which was on the higher end but not the most expensive, because of the communication we had with them. Everyone else basically took measurements and left. But when Footprints did their estimate, they asked so many questions about what we wanted and gave us lots of options on materials and installation. They thought of so many things we wouldn't have on our own, and it made us really confident in our final product. They got everything installed in a day and it looks great. I'm also sure it'll last.Since they do flooring, we also asked them about an area of carpet we needed re-tucked. They don't do carpet, but they gave us a referral. And when the first one didn't work out, they found and scheduled someone else for us.Overall, super happy with the work and communication. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a great tile install, and I'd work with them again.

These guys are incredible! I have original hardwood in my 1956 house that had been poorly stained and finished before I bought the house. I also had it running under the glued down vinal in my laundry room. Not only were they able to sneak me in quickly, but they made my floors look perfect and new. I could not recommend them enough. I will 100% be calling them back when I get to my kitchen and bathroom remodels.

I have not had work done yet, but Joseph came to my home in Payson to give me a quote. Super nice and extremely helpful. Even though I explained that I need some time to save up for the project, it did not slow him down at all. He gave me a very complete quote, advice, and suggestions that really were very helpful. I have had quotes from another company and it was the difference between night and day! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet the customer at their property to measure and discuss the best flooring choices. We will send an estimate to the customer quickly and competitively.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Install, sand and finish new hardwood and all existing hardwood. Stain new floors and old floors to match. Install new or refinish treads and risers on stairs. Help select and install new tile or vinyl floors. Natural stone and tile installation. Move furniture, appliances and plumbing. Remove/dispose of the existing floor. Remove/return baseboards and furniture.
