FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use flat-rate pricing, so you know the full cost before any work begins. Here’s how it works: Diagnostic first. Every visit starts with a diagnostic so our technician can find the exact cause of the problem. Flat-rate quote. Once we find the issue, we give you one flat-rate price for the repair or replacement. There are no hourly charges and no surprises, and nothing happens until you approve it. Diagnostic fee waived. If you move forward with the repair, we waive the initial diagnostic fee and charge only the flat-rate price we quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and upfront: 1.) Call or book online. Reach out and we’ll schedule your visit, with same-day service available. 2.) Diagnostic visit. A licensed, insured technician comes to your home or business, inspects your system, and finds the exact cause of the problem. 3.) Flat-rate quote. We explain what we found and give you one flat-rate price for the repair or replacement. For a replacement, we can go over your equipment options so you can choose what fits your home and budget. 4.) You approve first. No work starts until you’ve approved the price. Professional repair or installation. Once you say yes, we complete the work. The diagnostic fee is waived and you pay only the flat-rate price we quoted. 5.) Final walkthrough and guarantee. We confirm everything is running properly, and our labor is backed by a 100% one-year workmanship guarantee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have 10+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, and they keep learning on the job. Every day they get coaching from our team, so skills stay sharp and best practices are applied on every call. When a problem is unusual or highly technical, our techs aren’t left to figure it out alone. We have direct access to our suppliers and vendors, including manufacturer technical support, so hard-to-solve issues get resolved correctly the first time. Our technicians are also fully licensed and insured.
