FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I charge between $100 - $150 per hour depending on the content of the mediation. Parenting, spousal support, and divorce mediation agreements have a different pricing parameter which you can find on my website: ****************************
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have a free 15 - 30 minute consultation to describe the mediation process and do a general intake of information about the specific details of the case or dispute. If the client agrees to move forward with scheduling a mediation session (2 - 4 hours depending on the dispute), paperwork will be sent out for review and signatures to move forward with the mediation process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, 40 hours through the Mosten Mediation Group in Los Angeles, CA, 40 hours training through the Utah Dispute Resolution group in Utah, and I'm currently in the process of getting court rostered through the Utah court system.
