Lisa is just amazing. She really listened and was so knowledgeable. She understood how important it was to have a plan and had so many resources to keep the plan moving forward. Her professionalism and sensitivity to a very stressful situation and her efforts to come up with a plan that was in everyone's best interest, but most importantly validation of my feelings, was so appreciated. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I charge between $250 and $300 per hour depending on the content of the mediation. Parenting, spousal support, and divorce mediation agreements have a different pricing parameter which you can find on my ********

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will have a free 15 - 30 minute consultation to describe the mediation process and do a general intake of information about the specific details of the case or dispute. If the client agrees to move forward with scheduling a mediation session (2 - 4 hours depending on the dispute), paperwork will be sent out for review and signatures to move forward with the mediation process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in Mediation and Conflict Resolution, 40 hours training to be a certified mediator through the Mosten Mediation Group in Los Angeles, CA, additional training through the Pepperdine Law School and the Southern California Mediation Association, 40 hours training through the Utah Dispute Resolution group in Utah, and rostered through the Utah Courts.
