Introduction: The difference between commitment and involvement is like ham-and-eggs breakfast, where the chicken was involved, but the pig was committed. What will you be, a pig or a chicken?
In the world of health, I am one of the few who tell you to be a pig. Be committed. Being committed doesn't mean a life of restriction. It is a life of activity, fulfillment, joy, looking and feeling good, and celebration.
Being committed means that you are creating principles of health that can be employed in every aspect of life to establish optimal health. There are four components to optimal health: mental health, physical health, spiritual health, and emotional health.
Each of these must be addressed in a balanced program. To concentrate on one component alone will not bring gratification. Many people focus only on the physical, when it comes to health, which usually leads to continual frustration and disappointment. Learning to balance these four components brings us a life of fulfillment and excitement.
Numerous people are involved in improving their lifetheyre chickens. They go back and forth between the latest trends, only to add to their frustration.
They put in time to improve their diet and exercise, but in the same way that it only took seconds, technically, for the chicken to lay its egg, some individuals only invest a little time into improving their health, i.e., only eating 13 healthy meals per week, only exercising once or twice a week, cleansing and then heading towards the movie theater the following day and ordering a large soda and a bucket of popcorn.
To really enhance your health, commitment is needed to transform your lifestyle. Turning into a pig is not an overnight excursion. It takes practice, time, motivation, and discipline. My services will teach people to transform themselves into individuals committed to experiencing life with joy.
