- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will provide an initial consultation for free. I generally work by the hour, however, I have some areas, like wills and trusts, that I do for a flat fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do the initial consultation by phone to determine the scope of work and if I will be a good fit for the client. From there I send them a retainer agreement through DocuSign to begin the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the Utah State Bar. I have a Juris Doctorate, as well as an MBA.
