- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the amount of experience we are putting on the resume. You can add the following to your order: - Cover Letter - $25 - LinkedIn Update - $15 - Reference List - $10 - Thank You Note - $15
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will first have you send your old resume, or a summary of your education and experiences. I will also send you some layout options or ask you to send me what you’re looking for. Throughout the process, there are always clarifying questions, so we can text back and forth to discuss anything i need more information on. Once it is finished, I will email you the documents and allow you to request and edits or revisions at that point to make sure you are extremely happy with the outcome!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Higher Education Administration. In my program, I focused on Career Development for college students.
