- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being knowledgeable with masonry restoration and repair work means that we give you a solid price up front, because we are experienced enough to know what a project will cost if given correct and enough information. We do not work by the hour or hit you mid-project with a change order that doubles the job cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With any customer, new or return, we will ask questions to find what the desired end-product will be and we answer all questions they might have. Our bids will clearly state what the scope of work will be and what materials will be used, as well as what our labor and material costs are.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As part of Utah's contractor licensing requirements, every 2 years I, as well as my team attend an 8hr contractor class.
