Poor scheduling abilities and follow up. I communicated that we would be ready for the work on Aug 31 or any day after. He said he would put it on the schedule. Never heard from him. I notified him again on Sept 1 that we were ready for him. I did not hear back from him until the following Monday after I again followed up with him to determine when he would be able to make it out to the home. I was told by him that he was going to call me and coordinate it. I never heard from him. I messaged him again. I was told he would start the work on Wednesday Sept 7. He never showed up. I went over to the property Sept 8 and no work had been completed nor had I heard anything from the contractor. Overall, I have wasted over a week waiting for this individual to do the work or at least follow up with me to communicate when the work would be completed. That never happened. I can't speak for the quality of his work but I can speak for his lack of communication skills and overall lack of urgency for customer projects or completion times. I told John that I was going to be finding someone else to complete the work. He followed up with threatening text messages. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

My father had a heart attack I have never not taken care of my clients and I am truly sorry I couldn't get to you and I try to always accommodate everyone.
