I have thought long and hard about this text. First of all, I originally thought you company would be a long time company, that would come back every year, but that will NOT be happening.

You told me you had checked all the lines your company cut or damaged, which were several. I went out and turned them on, two did not work that you stated all worked. And then you told me this is last time you would not be coming out to our home again. Which I believe was not a great thing for you to say,even though, bushes, evergreens and roses were NOT done completely and all wrong. I feel in good faith, I feel totally taken advantage of as a senior citizen with severe medical issues. I pinpoint every line that had been cut or damaged. I placed a rock by each one like you told me to do, but you or your employees didn't have the decency to put the rocks back in the riverbed. I hired your landscaping company to the understanding that you would bring all the right tools to complete the job completely. You did not complete the job to our satisfaction and the customer is always supposed to be right, but in our case that is not true. The evergreens are NOT satisfactory and there are loose edges around most of the plants. The only comment I got from you that you will have to charge us more for your time. I would suggest you bring the right tools to complete the job and you should take better care watching the sprinkler lines that I did mention were there in the flower beds.
I will state all of this in my review about your company. I feel 840.00 or even 740.00 is a fair price to pay, because you have left things totally not done. I am going to need to hire another more reliable landscape company to fix and repair everything you have done wrong. I understand you will providing every excuse, it is not necessary.
This will be last communication we will have and don't come back. I do appreciate what you tried to do.
