I took a chance on Rocky Mountain Heating and Air Conditioning when my air conditioner stopped working in 100-degree weather! I made the right choice!! Ben from Rocky Mountain came out the following the day and after inspecting my air conditioner and furnace gave me different options of things he could repair but also explained why they might not work and I opted for a replacement of the air conditioning unit. I approached him about replacing my furnace due to its age (Ben did not do a sales pressure job!). In the end I also replaced the furnace also. It took two days for the air conditioning unit to arrive and when it did Ben noticed damage to the unit. When Ben tried to get me another one, he upgraded it without cost to me because it would have taken another couple of days to get the original one that was damaged replaced. Ben told me the first unit probably would have worked but did not to put in any damaged equipment and because it would take a few days to get another one did not want us to continue to not have air conditioning due to the high temperatures. Ben was professional throughout the whole process, was respectful of my home and I felt comfortable of him coming in and out of my home. Replacing an Air Conditioner and Furnace is a large expense, and I feel I selected the right company.

If I could give Ben more than 5 stars I would. We had a new central air put in and it is wonderful! It was also done for a reasonable price. Ben is honest, friendly and professional, I will use him whenever I can for upcoming projects.

Ben did such a great job replacing my HVAC system. He gave me the best rate out of several companies along with a great warranty. And the work he did was neat and professional. He also took the time to explain routine maintenance that I can do myself since I’m the DIY type. I am overall very satisfied with my experience.
