We submitted and inquiry for Social Management. Unfortunately this vendor refused to provide any kind of preliminary information for us to look over before dedicated a lot of time to working with them. Every other vendor we spoke with was very happy to get us some information about their services and how they may be able to work with us. They also accused us of being "spam or a scam" and didn't want to waste their time with us. We were not asking for any kind of hard numbers or commitment to what could be done just some general idea of their work and what could potentially be done so we could narrow down who we thought could be good fit. All that to say I wouldn't waste my time talking to them unless you are willing to immediately commit to calls and meetings with them and giving up a significant amount of time before they provide you anything to even evaluate. I might add that our starting budget ending up at $11,500 monthly with the agency we did choose. The agency we chose took the time to provide us a lot of info up front on who they are, what they do and ideas about how they could help us. It made a huge difference being treated like a serious client. Maybe this budget just wasn't significant enough for this organization to care or have given us the time of day....
