Jessica was great, she worked with my schedule the value was great, she was on time, and professionally explained to me how it all worked. I will be using Jessica for all my future Notary Public services. Thumbtack only lets me choose three click box options for her performance, I would've clicked all six because she exceeded in all categories.

I am so happy I found Jess when I did. I don’t often require things to be notified but I had an unusual situation come up and my adult daughter could not leave where she was at to get her document notarized where we normally go so it was extremely helpful to have Jess be able to come to us. I was so pleasantly surprised at how quick she was to respond, her friendly professionalism, and her rates are great! I needed the document notarized asap and Jess was able to get to me to have it done within a few hours which is usually unheard of in this industry. Most of the responses I was getting quotes from were telling me next business day and Jess was right on it. The communication between her and I was fantastic and she promptly responded to my texts. I would definitely use her services again. I would rate her a 10 out of 10 stars.
