These guys were great to work with. The workmanship was great. The communication was great. The hand-off was great. And they had the best price out of my bids. Too bad they do only HVAC. I would hire them to do everything for me!
Details: Install a new A/C unit • As recommended by the professional • I need the professional to purchase the unit • Basement • Location recommended by the professional • 2,000 - 3,000 sq ft • Two stories • House

Hey Alex, thank you for the out of this world review, we were really happy to put in that awesome carrier system for you, it really turned out great, now it's in that awesome mechanical room instead of that crawl space. We also do Plumbing! Hope to see you again on your next HVAC or Plumbing Project.

Bill and Kyle were a life safer. Not even 12 hours from calling them they had my A/C fixed and my house cooling. All the other bigger air repairs shops could not get to me till 4+ days out. They diagnosed the issue in no time had solutions at different price points and was less than i had anticipated even with the higher priced warranty option. On top of all that they are friendly having great customer service skill. Save yourself several calls to the others guys (a call to book appointments out in advance and another to cancel your future dated appointments) and call them first.

We recently had Rocket Plumbing and Heating come out for a second opinion on our AC unit after another company told us we needed to spend $8,000 on a new unit. Rocket Plumbing and Heating were incredibly kind and quick to respond. To our relief, they fixed the problem without replacing the entire unit, saving us a significant amount of money. Their professionalism, honesty, and the fact that they are a family-owned business really stood out to us. We couldn't be more grateful for their help and highly recommend them!
