Tim with Water Heater Specialists was an easy choice when I posted a job for a water heater replacement. He replied very quickly with a quote and a water heater option. A few more messages back and forth through the app and I had an appointment setup without ever talking on the phone. Other responders wanted me to call them even though I had provided pictures and ample information detailing what I needed. Tim arrived on time and communicated both through the app and text message (I didn’t pick up when he called, oops) when he was on his way. He worked quickly and finished in just over an hour. He left behind a nice clean installation as well as laminated tags indicating what lines to turn off in the event of an emergency (my wife was excited about this). Tim was very personable, friendly, and easy to work with. If I ever have the need, I look forward to working with him again and highly recommend him.

I loved working with Water Heater Specialists. They came in with the lowest quote, and when the job was done, the quote was exactly what I paid. There weren't any hidden fees or add-on charges. In addition, we needed help over a holiday weekend, and Water Heater Specialists was willing to come three days faster than any other pro that contacted us through Thumbtack. When the pro got here, he was professional, fast, and did an excellent job. I'm very, very happy and would highly recommend this company. I'll be recommending them through other channels as well because they did a great job. Tim came out, replaced my water heater took care of the warranty and helped me figure out how to best rearrange my mechanical room so I wouldn’t have the same issues going forward. Tim worked very hard and fast, and cleaned up a lot of things and fixed things that were outside the scope. Would recommend without reservation!
