- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary from a flat rate to an hourly rate depending upon what exactly is needed or help that they are requesting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with them over the phone to discuss their needs and see what it is exactly they are needing help with. After being able to assess their needs then I put together a quote for them, and see what I can do to help them out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in Accounting with 10 plus years experience working in the field with several different industries.
