FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is task-based, meaning that everyone pays the same price for the same repair, regardless of how long it takes us to make your specific repair. We have been a time and material company in the past, but found that it wasn't fair and equitable for many customers. The task-based pricing is the fairest way to charge our customers for our service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When booking your call, we will take your information, explain our pricing and payment procedures and give a time window when our technician will arrive at your home. When the tech arrives, no work will be performed until after the problem is diagnosed and a complete cost of repairs is presented for your approval. When all work is completed, they will review with you what work was done, also offering additional ways to improve performance and efficiency of your equipment to reduce or eliminate costly repairs or expenses down the road.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have Rocky Mountain Gas Association certifications, allowing them to legally work on a gas fired appliance, as well as EPA certification to safely handle and dispose of harmful CFC refrigerants in air conditioners. There is also industry and weekly tech training through out the year so they stay on top of current repair practices.
