We hired Jay and his crew for a kitchen and powder room remodel, as well as painting, molding, and electrical throughout our house. They delivered high-quality work, on time, and at a reasonable price -- a truly rare find. Monova did an excellent job renovating our 5x6 bathroom converting tub to a walk in shower. All of the walls were covered in penny tiles and they were able to remove those. We installed all new fixtures and vanity and had them put in a new floor. They also did a fantastic job finishing our laundry room and installing vinyl flooring. The laundry room was conpletely unfinished and had ugly cinder block walls and pipes exposed. The recessed lighting in laundry room are great. Laundry room has become a great space!

Jay and his team did a wonderful job on multiple projects around our home including replacing flooring, renovating a 1/2 bath, installing recessed lighting, and building out cabinets/shelving and a new mantle for our fireplace. They also did some interior painting. Couldn't be more pleased with the work. Monova's lead carpenter is quite skilled, and he and his assistance were on time, arriving each day exactly when they said they would. Same with the flooring team. It was winter so they used our garage as a workshop for cutting, etc. and they actually left the garage cleaner than they found it. Hard pressed to find even a spec of sawdust left behind. Overall very good work and good craftsmanship with attention to detail. No problem working through the inevitable surprises that come up, the sort of things other contractors would ignore or argue about they helped work out a sensible solution. We have full confidence they not only did good work, but they did it right. Great experience from planning to finish. Highly recommend Monova Homes.

The job was to move a non-load bearing wall from our home. I reached out for quotes and Jay responded quickly. He came to the house and gave a quote that was very reasonable. Due to it being a small job in-between larger jobs he was able to have his crew start the same week. He was done ahead of schedule and on budget. I will use them again in the future.
