I help small businesses be successful with the following: * Designing and implementing effective strategies and plans * Improving their organization and marketing * Introducing Italian design * Fostering innovation * Launching them in the European market I am the founder and partner of the consulting network Confluenze, which allows me to cover the needs of my clients in several areas of expertise. I am an Italian permanent resident with 40 years' European experience in strategy, organization, marketing and communication. I have been a marketing manager responsible for the product managers, the research department and the communication department in a Swiss-German multinational and then an independent management consultant with the CMC international quality certification, a trainer, a university lecturer and an author. I worked in both BtoB and BtoC markets. In Italy, I was in the board of directors of two nonprofit associations. I have an MBA and an MPS (Master in Political Economic Science). I think my European experience and my knowledge of four European languages can be a valuable asset for some companies.
