My tenants unit finally gave up after 25 years. Had a couple companies go and see if we can repair and both insisted it’s done. Offered to replace for wild sums of money knowing tenant is without AC. I messaged Thomas and received a reply within 30 minutes saying they can go the next day. Price was also strong so I agreed and here we are. Tenants are happy. Unit looks great.
