Carlos came the same day to look at why my AC unit was leaking. Initially he thought the water pan had a hole. Then he came back after thinking about it and said that it might be a simple fix because I had left the top cap off the piping that goes to the drain. Sure enough, he was right! Carlos and his crew did an excellent job replacing our a/c unit and air handler. The technicians were knowledgeable, polite and efficient. They completed the job in one day. The work was done over a month ago and the system is working perfectly. Carlos is knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable. Carlos came to my home on time and thoroughly checked my AC Unit. He was kind, courteous and very professional. Carlos was extremely thorough as he walked me through everything. He confirmed that I definitely don’t have a leak coming from my AC Unit in the inside of my home. He did a very thorough check of the outside unit and noticed It was blowing hot air and was a bit loud. Carlos opened up the unit and he checked the compressor, checked the air flow, checked for refrigerant and explained to me that the inside was dirty and that is why the unit keeps shutting off during the very hot days. He used a chemical cleaner to clean it out and he explained that everything else was fine with the unit. He educated me a lot on how the unit should be working and advised me on how often to clean the unit and how often to do maintenance. I was extremely appreciative of everything that he shared with me. So glad that Carlos came out to fix my AC Unit, he was an absolute pleasure to work with, I will definitely call him again for my HVAC needs. Thank you Carlos for everything, I appreciate your hard work. 😀
Wonderful experience with AHR Services. They were available right away to fix our AC on a hot day. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First an for most we want the customer to feel comfortable with A.H.R working in the their place of salute. Then from there we start our work process from locating and evaluating the problem. From there we at A.H.R give our customers a great deal with what they have to purchase. Same day Service / Next Day new equipment Installation.
