Issac and team have been great! We recently had our heating system replaced with a new high performance furnace. After installment, we immediately felt the difference and the air comes out more forcefully than previously. Integrity is professional, communicative & reliable. We will certainly call them again for any future HVAC concerns. They're also a small family business- which I love to hear and love to support. We originally met the father, he came over to check out our unit and confirmed that the furnace was no longer working. He explained what was going on and what his recommendations were. Since we were out of heat, he was kind enough to provide a temporary fix (just so we can have heat in the meantime), until we found a permanent solution. About a week later we reached out to the company and hired them. No regrets. I'm glad I found them-- thanks, Issac & team for your promptness, flexibility and professionalism! ⭐️

Air conditioner broke down and the weather was hot - Integrity HVAC came to the rescue. They were able to come the day after I requested service to diagnose my HVAC and give an estimate on a full HVAC replacement. My old HVAC was leaking coolant and they refilled the coolant for free so we could stay cool and comfortable until the new HVAC arrived. They included duct cleaning into the HVAC replacement, and even with the duct cleaning included they were cheaper than another contractor who gave a higher estimate on just an HVAC replacement. They promptly completed the duct cleaning then HVAC replacement the next day. Another great thing they offer is 5 year labor warranty, which gives me peace of mind in case anything goes wrong with the unit! I'll have to wait and see if the unit holds up, but so far my experience with Integrity HVAC has been good.
