I messaged him extremely late and he responded. Offered service the next morning and took care of a spring cleaning/maintenance. Extremely honest and didn’t try to upsell. Hopefully I don’t have to contact him for issues but I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him in the future

We noticed the AC unit was not working properly. The air was barely coming through the vents and water and air leaking from the inside unit. I immediately reached out on thumbtack and Javed reached out to me right away. He arrived the next day and assessed the situation. Javed stated that it was beyond repair and needed to be replaced. He stated that the previous installation was not done correctly. The good news is that we caught it in time before it affected the furnace. Javed/team came out the next day and completed the job. I appreciated them immensely. Thank you so much !
