- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First... Who is PDE? What do they do?! Phone Consultation - this is where we discover if we will be a good fit for each other. Great! You like us, let's book your day: Now you and your fiancé will sign your planning contact & pay your deposit. Once your date is booked we will: I. Wedding Vision meeting- we will discuss your wedding vision. 2. Client Vision Board: PDE will take all the information for our vision meeting and create your own personal design vision board. 3. Vendor Referrals: PDE will gather the best of the best and you can forget the rest!! 4. Booking vendors & payments: This is where you will book any vendors you love and pay their deposits- or you can streamline your experience and use our award winning PDE vendor team! (Florist, calligraphy, cake, invitations, rentals) 5. Planning details: PDE will be there to answer any and all questions! 6. The details are set!! Month-of Coordination begins- PDE will create your wedding weekend timeline, reach out to all vendors to confirm timeline details and services to be performed, gather the last details and problem solve any last minute snags!! 7. Let's celebrate your marriage!! It's your amazingly special wedding day: You can rest assure you will be in the best hands with us! You'll be sitting back, relaxing and enjoying your special day with all your loved ones!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Wedding planner for over 7 years! Over 100+ weddings- I've seen it all :) Also, I've graduate from American University in Washington D.C with a Bachelor degree in Event Management.
