FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions you'll ever make, so choosing the right real estate agent is key. My best advice? Look for someone who listens more than they talk, is knowledgeable about your local market, communicates clearly and consistently, and genuinely cares about your goals—not just the sale. Ask questions about their experience with clients like you, how they advocate during negotiations, and what their process looks like from start to finish. And don’t be afraid to trust your gut—this is someone you’ll be working closely with, so make sure you feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before reaching out to a real estate professional, it helps to get clear on a few key things so you can make the most of your conversation: What are your goals? Are you buying your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or selling an investment property? What’s your ideal timeline? Knowing when you'd like to move or close helps us plan effectively. Not 100% necessary. What’s your budget or price range? If you're buying, have you spoken with a lender or gotten pre-approved? What are your must-haves vs. nice-to-haves? This helps us focus on what matters most to you. Have you worked with a real estate agent before? Understanding your past experiences helps me tailor my support to what works best for you.
