- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When i was in culinary school I realized the restaurant industry was not for me. I thought some cooking classes later and realized that I loved it! I also knew i still wanted to cook FOR people so the personal chef aspect is a bonus.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have some time to talk about what type of class/ menu you want. There are many many recipes out there, I can always find something for you, but I want it to be the right something
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I am here for you! You determine the pace of the instruction. Always ask questions when you want, ask to get hands on. Its your class time, use it how you want
