- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can’t speak for anyone else but myself but I feel like I give fair prices. Based on the description it’s hard to give you an exact without looking at the actual job. I like scoping out the job for a more accurate price and also gives me the chance to formally introduce myself to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I like to meet the customer so that he or she can see the person who is going to be doing the work and hope that he/she can feel comfortable with me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 4-year electrical apprenticeship education and 8 yrs plus in the field working side by side a master electrician.
