This was my first visit with Tamer and I was very impressed with his knowledge and patience in explaining options to me. He took care to always put covers on his shoes when coming from the outside. He performed a thorough assessment and cleaning of both my inside and outside units. He told me what humidifier filters to buy to get a good value. Highly recommend and will continue using him on a regular maintenance basis.

We cannot say enough great things about Tamer. On the hottest day of the year our AC stopped working, and we panicked. We contacted TMA HVAC at 11:00pm, and Tamer came out that night to do an after hours diagnostic. He found out what the issue was right away, explained it thoroughly, and gave us a fair quote for the replacement parts/service. He came back the next morning (needed to go purchase the part in the AM), and installed/tested the fix within an hour of arriving on site. Throughout the process he displayed kindness, professionalism, and depth of knowledge of HVAC maintenance. I’d refer anyone to Tamer/TMA, and will definitely be using his services in the future.
