Andre and his team have been wonderful in many home repairs we will undertake this year. His team replaced the carpeting in our home and did a fantastic job. We are currently working with Andre on putting a full bath in our finished basement and the project will start next week. He is very informative and knowledgeable and I would recommend this company for all your home improvements. Oh and the "price is right"!

Andre and his team did a fantastic job. I hired him to tile my bathroom, install custom shelves, fix plaster cracks, add tow molding in our living room, and paint two hallways. All of this was quoted and scheduled within a week and completed while I was out of town. He and his team was very communicative and respectful of my wife who was present during the work. My wife even got him to install 5 ceiling fans in addition to the contracted work. We are both very happy and hope to hire Traylor Design for future projects.

Andre is a bit of a miracle worker. He had me worried initially when he was running a little bit late on the first day, but as I understood later, it was because he was completing another job. And by complete, I mean COMPLETE. Over the course of that first day, and one full day after he and his team completed two projects that had been bugging us for months. Andre performed excellent work quickly and at a reasonable price. We could not be happier with how it turned out.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based upon the entire project, scope of work and required materials. The outline of the project, step by step process and complete price of completion is sent packaged in a free proposal via email a few days after a free hands on consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first come out to the location for a free consultation and hands on look at the project. I take laser measurements and notes while speaking with the home owner to get an internal view or outlook as to what they envision for themselves in their home. Within a few days I complete and send a free proposal via email with the overall scope of work and price for completion. If terms are agreeable we sit down to go over the final details of the project, sign the contract and lock in their desired date for the start of work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over ten years of hands on experience with painting, installation and/or repair of hardwood flooring/tile/laminate, construction or remodel of decks/porches, remodeling of bathroom/kitchens/basements, power washing, home additions, demolition and framing.
