- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally prices are fixed but could increase or decrease depending on type of project, size, changes, and so forth
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact with the client via text, email or phone call so that the client knows whom we are, also I can go to the place where the work would be done, to resolve all doubts and what concerns the project, in such a way that the client is satisfied with all prior to starting the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have electrician certifications from Mexico. Engineering education in Mexico Experience doing houses remodeling on this country. I've worked for oil industry in Mexico for 10+ years.
