- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $50.00 for a pre-coaching interview. The fee for an initial series of three (3) sessions is $300.00. After the first three sessions each additional session is $115.00/session. Most engagements require between five and twelve sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A first phone conversation for a pre-coaching interview helps me get a sense of clients' current life and career trajectory. It also helps us outline any specific opportunities / challenges coming their way and define a couple of preliminary goals for coaching. Initial coaching sessions focus on clarifying motivational patterns, strengths, challenges and aspirations. I often suggest effective, easy to use tools like StrengthsFinder or MCORE to guide our work. Later sessions are oriented toward helping clients achieve personal and professional goals through specific actions that optimize their capabilities, establish success behaviors and align them with current and future opportunities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a graduate degree focused on education, counseling. I am also a certified MCORE practitioner (used to identify core motivational patterns unique to each person.
