If only I could add more stars to this review! Rachel was amazing in every respect. I have never used a mobile notary service before, and this was an exceptional experience. Very shortly after I left an initial message with Rachel, she returned the phone call and we were able to set a convenient appointment the next day. This was perfectly timed. She arrived as agreed. If a return visit is required due to an error in my notarization, there is no additional charge. If a return visit is required because documents were completed incorrectly, changed after the appointment, or rejected for reasons unrelated to the notarization, a new mobile service fee may apply.
