- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes , my rates are flat which include the spotting treatments, deodorizer and protector and we also have a special package all the time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We used the same process for every one new or previous clients, we listening to what the concern of the client is whether is a carpet cleaning, a upholstery job or any other service that we provide and then explain the client the process and method that we used for the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been train in 3 different companies for a carpet cleaning certification, flood and moisture services and restoration process I also been certify in dying carpet method as well.
