We also build decks and additions, remodel kitchen and bathroom, and do renovations. We install whirlpool tubs and build custom shower pans.

Michael and Rosen have done excellent work for me for more than 15 years. They gutted and finished my master and guest bathrooms; gutted and fully remodeled my basement, including expanding the half bath there to a full bath and installing a gas fireplace; they built new stairway access to my basement; built an attached shed/garage; built a large composite deck; and finally, built our long planned addition that included a new entryway and bumped out the entire back of our house, expanding our dining room space and fully remodeling an expanded kitchen space.
Milano Construction has been in business for a long time. They are a small operation, but can do anything from fix a plugged pipe to building additions. They are trustworthy, honest to a fault, and extremely fair with their pricing. They are a customer-oriented operation that can provide turn key service if you don’t want to get involved in the nitty gritty or work with you every step of the way in a truly custom way. I work from home so had the opportunity to be involved in every aspect of my projects and have learned plenty from watching over their shoulders and “helping” out along the way. These two are patient and want you to be satisfied with the outcome of the job. They don’t cut corners and do it right every time.
I recommend Michael and Rosen for any handyman or remodeling work you may need. You’ll be hard pressed to find a comparably priced, dependable team that does the kind of quality work that they do.

1. He changed a bathroom exhaust fan and then after told us the exhaust fan carried a flat fee of $75. He never asked for prior authorization or gave us the chance to decide whether we were willing to pay the extra $75.
2. He STOLE several items from our home . For example, we asked him to remove a new towel holder from the wall and replace it with a mirror. He did the job but he took the towel holder with him. He took several other items with him including a bathroom exhaust fan and a door knob/deadbolt. He didn't ask for permission to take them. He didn't ask whether we preferred to keep the items.
3. Some of the work was done well but other work was shoddy. For example, the mirror he installed was loose. We had to take it down and reinstall it.
4. He arrived late and left before finishing several tasks. He was dishonest about his arrival time (he claimed he waited outside for more than 30 minutes). We know this was not the case because our phone records show otherwise.

Greisy thank you for hiring me to work on some of the projects at your home. Please STOP spreading lies about me and my services. I never STOLE anything from anyone let alone you or your home and the vents that you are referring to, as you told me before you hired me, they were exhaust fans, completely different, even though you had the new once sitting in boxes on your table and it clearly says exhaust fans. But you tried to lie and deceive the people you are hiring about the scope of work. If you looked in the trash outside everything that I removed was in the trash since it was not usable, damaged and or broken. I also called you several times, rang the bell and knocked on the door several times before you decided to text me back 15 minutes later and told me your husband was home, even though he didn’t answer. Obviously you just wanted to waste other peoples time. I also told your husband and spoke to you on the phone about the exhaust fans and that they were not vents. Also as we agreed on specific work, and not to fix everything in your house. As I spoke to your husband he walked me through your house and told me everything that you wanted done, and after I was done even though I still had some time left of the 4 hour agreement you tried to add additional work that we never agreed upon. Your husband also said he could install the fans himself. Right. Perhaps he should have installed them and not hire anyone since you had problems with paying people that came to do work. I am sorry for the misunderstanding.

Rosen and his uncle are awesome! Rosen was super quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to come out to my house immediately for a free estimate. He was then available to complete the projects within that week, and for a very reasonable price! Rosen and his uncle worked efficiently and carefully. They were very friendly, honest, and professional! We are so happy we found them and now have our go-to handyman!
