Our prices are very competitive with licensed bonded insured contractors. We have 30 years experience and are professional contracting company, We compare very well in apples to apples comparisons to other professionals
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making sure we can help them get what they want as a final product. We may or may not be the correct company for the job. Once we determine we can help them we offer possible other scenarios to make sure they have looked at all possibilities for the final outcome of the project. We discuss ways to make it more efficient and less costly. Types of finish products that give the same look but are less expensive. Make sure our pricing works for their budget
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in construction since 13 when i built my first project on an overgrown hill in the backyard of our house. Since then I have built a Single family mountain house built out of concrete to withstand the elements. Multiple condominium buildings in Washington DC with finishes that got rave reviews. They passed inspections with positive comments from the inspectors, realtors and ultimately the home buyers loving their new home
