His resume clearly indicates his experience and qualifications, including the following: * Over six (6) years of experience as an attorney * Admitted to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico State Bar and six (6) federal courts * One (1) year of experience as a professor teaching courses in law * Three (3) years of experience as a teaching assistant in a law school * Over sixteen (16) years of experience as a professor in real estate teaching professional students with a background in law, real estate, engineering and surveying * Acted as mentor to many students * Experience in conducting administrative, civil and criminal litigation activities, including drafting of pleadings, motions and briefs, and administrative hearings as well as judicial hearings * Sixteen (16) years in supervisory roles and as an independent professional engineer * Experience as a media expert in a public radio talk show covering political issues, which the demographics include professional audiences * Over sixteen (16) years of experience in public speaking before professional audiences He speaks Spanish and English fluently.
